Agreement to these terms
By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the site excessively, or misuse site content.
Products, prices, and availability
We try to present products, colors, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately. Screen colors may vary. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an affected order. Inventory is not guaranteed until checkout is completed.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel it for legitimate reasons including inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to deliver. Payment is processed through Stripe. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that order information is accurate.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, incorporated into these terms. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders. We ship only within the United States. Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.
Intellectual property
The Brisko USA name, logos, product names, photographs, text, graphics, and site design are owned by or licensed to Brisko USA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties except those that cannot legally be excluded. Brisko USA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or product purchases. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Brisko USA from claims and costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or material violation of these terms.
Changes, severability, and contact
